PERSONALITY:Bridget has quite a bit of BRAVERY. Bridget has always been the type of person to face her fears head on, something she picked up from travelling with her parents for so long. She isn’t the type of person to run from something she is afraid of, and instead chooses to face it head on. Bridget isn’t the type of person to show weakness, and always puts on a strong, brave face. This also means that Bridget tends to bottle things up though, and won’t easily recognize
There is no doubt that Bridget is a survivor, especially with how HANDY she can be. She is a practical person who can easily make full use of her surroundings. Bridget actually likes building shelters and fires when camping, and was taught to do all of these things by her parents. She is a pretty versatile person whose talents are very useful for being stranded on an island. You could even say she is innovative, but Bridget would disagree.
Bridget can seem a bit COLD at times though. She isn’t a very personal person, nor is she very social. Bridget has never been good at making and keeping friends, but she’s been working on this. She tends to push people away if they get too close to her, because she doesn’t want to be hurt. Bridget is far from outgoing and she is far from the charismatic person her boyfriend Eli is.
Despite her coldness Bridget is a WISE young woman. She has been through quite a lot in her lifetime, and it shows on her usually pensive face. She may be only in her early twenties, but she has the air and attitude of a woman in her mid forties. Bridget is clever and knows a lot more about being on her own. While she prefers to jump into action right away, Bridget can easily take her time to consider all options before choosing one.
Along with her wisdom comes strong INTUITION. Bridget is the type of person to go with her gut in most situations, no matter what options she has considered. She relies a lot on her instinct when it comes to her decisions and actions. Bridget is a perceptive person and sees a lot more in a person than they usually want her to, and her coldness makes her appear judgemental. Usually if Bridget has a bad feeling about something, you trust her; and if she doesn’t like a person, there is a damn good reason for it. Most of the time she doesn’t know why she feels these things, but she will act on them none the less.
She may seem like she is al bravery and wisdom, but Bridget is much more of a PESSIMIST than she makes herself out to be. Bridget has very little hope left in her, and doesn’t have a very good outlook on her life. Bridget has a negative outlook on almost everything she does, and can often be pretty cynical about things. She tends to hide this aspect of herself though, so that people only see her bravery.
If you give Bridget the chance to open up she can be a very LOYAL friend. Because she has never made friends easily, the ones she does make she holds very dear to her. She will do anything for the people she cares about, and anything to make sure people are safe and happy. She is definitely someone you can trust with your life.

ORIGIN: Miami, Florida.
HISTORY:
Justine Dubois met Arthur Rousseau when she was in her last year of university. While she was studying the occult, he was studying archaeology. Justine was offered a spot on an exhibition to a remote jungle in Africa, an exhibition Arthur would also be going on. While they had known each other for a few months before that, it was spending time in the jungle that brought them together as a couple. After that one adventure in Africa Arthur and Justine became inseparable, and were often running off to explore jungles. Combining both of their knowledge of their fields, they were a force to be reckoned with. They finally found time to get married when Justine was twenty six. It was a small and cultural wedding, and their honeymoon was spent in Asia on yet another adventure. [/blockquote]
Justine was twenty eight when she had their first daughter. Not long after Bridget Ariel Rousseau was born her parents took her with them to New Zealand, where they lived for a year and a half before moving to Africa for studies. For five years Bridget travelled around Africa with her parents, and it was in Africa where Bridget’s baby sister was born. Unlike most children, who get jealous at the news of a new baby, Bridget was excited. See, she could travel with her parents, but she couldn’t go into the jungle with them. While her parents were off doing dangerous things, Bridget could not help her parents’ friends take care of baby Jasmine. From day one Bridget and her sister were close,.
As the years went on nothing much changed. Bridget learned how to make fires and build shelters from her parents, and was eventually old enough to go on some of their adventures with them. When she wasn’t allowed she taught her little sister everything she was learning, wanting Gabby to be able to do all of these things too. They continued to move around the world a lot, going to all sorts of remote sections of the world. Bridget and Jasmine were home schooled during all of this as well. Then, when Bridget was fifteen, the worst thing of her life happened. Her parents were going somewhere far too dangerous to bring Bridget and Jasmine. They stayed in Denver with their uncle Dennis, and wrote letters to their parents very often. They were gone for three months before Dennis got bad news. Justine and Arthur had died of Malaria.
Having been very close to her parents, this was a very big blow to her and her sister. They were left in Dennis’s care, and Bridget had to start high school in an actual school. Her first time ever attending a real school, it was a difficult change for her. It took her a long time to adjust, and it didn’t help that a very out going ginger kept trying to be her friend. The day she met Eli Brady her life changed again, but she wouldn’t realize that until later on. After much pressing from Eli, she finally caved to go on a date with him. It was actually kind of fun, but she had enjoyed making him fight for her time of day. They were a pretty solid couple after that, and dated throughout the rest of their time in high school. She came to realize that she loved him, and being with Eli started to fill the hole her parents death had made.
Upon finishing high school there was a lot of talking about where they would go next, but London ended up being their final choice. Bridget got custody of her sister and her, Eli ad Jasmine moved to Detroit, Michigan. A place she had never been to before, she immediately fell in love with it. It may not have been a jungle, but she never wanted to leave. Bridget stumbled across roller derby in her first year of university, finding a flyer for a tournament and going to check it out for photographic opportunity. For a year she went to each match she could to take photos, before she was old enough to be able to compete herself. She tried out for the Detroit Derby Girls, and she got in. Bridget started as a blocker and took the name Johnny Crash, but was quickly discovered to be very fast on her feet. She was then moved to a pivot, and it wasn’t long before Bridget was the Detroit Derby Girls star jammer.
After six years of dating Eli she became pregnant, finding out at the beginning of her final year of university. She immediately had to quite roller derby, but vowed on going back as soon as she could. While to her it was bad news, to Eli and his twin brother it was the best thing ever. They helped Bridget see the good in the situation, and when she was two months pregnant Eli proposed, something he had been planning on doing since he met Bridget. Their wedding was a month later, small and quant with only their closest friends. Claudia Nicole Brady was born in spring after Bridget, Eli and Leo graduated from university. It had been over a year since Claudia was born and Bridget is back and ready to roll.

she snapped, her infamous glare fixated on her face as she looked the scantily dressed pair of girls down. That certainly as hell shut them up, and with that victory she snatched her change and her bag of candy and went back to her car. This was not what she needed. She was still rather irritated when she got out of the car to meet Jack in a shopping center, shoving herself through the people with that glare still in her eyes. Her hair lightly curled from being wet and her hands stuffed in her pockets, she was definitely not in a good mood. She went right to jack and huffed. “I hate people!” she exclaimed, crossing her arms. [/blockquote]words: 770This was definitely not Bridget’s morning. She woke up feeling exhausted, wanting to just sleep all day but knowing she couldn’t. She stayed in bed as long as she could; curled up in the covers wishing Eli was there to snuggle up to. After a day like yesterday she wanted nothing more than to spend all day long in her fiancé’s arms. Even though that had pretty much been all of yesterday, she was still on cloud nine about him proposing. She didn’t think she would have been this excited, but it seemed like it was just a bit delayed. She may not necessarily believe in marriage, but she was a girl after all, and this was very exciting for her. The only thing she didn’t like about getting married is that her parents wouldn’t be there to see it. Her dad wouldn’t be there to walk her down the isle, which was the only traditional thing about her. The thought made tears swell to her eyes, which she wiped away with the blanket before finally dragging herself down stairs to see a poorly made breakfast and a four page love note. The notes Eli left her every morning were always a wonderful thing to wake up to, and this was certainly no different. The breakfast tasted horrible but she was used to it by now, Eli’s inability to cook something she had an acquired taste to. Wandering back up stairs, morning sickness kicked in almost right away. As if on cue, she vomited without enough time to pull her long locks back. Yes, Bridget threw up in her hair. Definitely not the start to her morning she had been expecting.
A long and very thorough shower later Bridget was putting on her clothes, finding her regular bras no longer fitting and having to resort to her sports bras. She had also had to go out and get a pair of maternity jeans with an elastic band. (She had made sure they would fit her when she was the size of a whale.) She slipped in to those and a white tee shirt Eli had bought her that she was quite fond of. Her locket went on next, holding a photo of her parents, and one of Eli’s sweaters. She didn’t bother to blow dry her hair, leaving it wet and falling down her back but a pin keeping it out of her eyes. Grabbing her bag and throwing on her shoes, she was out the door and in her car. She had called Jack last night before Eli had had a chance to post his blog. She had told Jack Eli proposed and the details would come today. Bridget had just needed to tell someone that it had happened, but she hadn’t been ready to spill all of the dirty details just yet. Really, she just wanted to get the shopping over with, so it was time for more maternity clothes and now she needed a wedding dress. Bridget had a strict budget for all of this, though it wasn’t often that she bought things for herself.
Her hands tapped the steering wheel along to Def Leppard. She sang along in the privacy of her own car, not minding the rain that London was so famous for. Weather never bothered Bridget. She had been in worse rain than this, much worse. Driving past a corner store, she decided to pull aside and get some sweets. With various different chocolate bars, some packages of hard candies, and a package of gummy candies on the counter, she gave the man behind it her money just in time to hear a girl behind her call her fat. This caused her to turn sharply, zipping down the sweater and putting a hand on her stomach. “I’m not fat, I’m pregnant you dingbat. Something that will probably happen to you in a month or so!”
